Dominique was the General Counsel of the Roosevelt Institute, a think tank and college campus network that seeks to carry forward the legacy and values of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt by developing progressive ideas and bold leadership in the service of restoring America’s promise of opportunity for all. Dominique previously founded Pathways to Apprenticeship, a non-profit workforce development agency that assists low-income people, and in particular, the formerly incarcerated, to access apprenticeship opportunities in the union construction industry. Dominique also previously served as General Counsel to the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and she co-founded Cumbe: Center for African and Diaspora Dance, a dance and drumming studio and performance space in Brooklyn. She has served on the boards of directors of a number of social service and arts organizations throughout New York City, and currently serves on the board of Friends of Marcy Houses. She also served as a member of Community Board 6 in Brooklyn. Dominique received her J.D. from Northeastern School of Law and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Kathleen Clark is a Law Professor at Washington University in St. Louis. She teaches and writes about legal ethics, government ethics, the law of whistleblowing, and national security law. Her writing has been cited in hundreds of articles and books, and her analysis has appeared in leading newspapers and magazines. A graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School, she has served as counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee and as an ethics lawyer for the D.C. government, writing an ethics manual for its 32,000 employees.
Caroline Fredrickson is a Senior Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice. She previously served as president of the American Constitution Society, as the director of the ACLU’s Washington legislative office, and as general counsel to NARAL Pro-Choice America. She was chief of staff to Sen. Maria Cantwell and deputy chief of staff to then-Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle. She is the author of the book Under the Bus: How Working Women Are Being Run Over.
Kyle Herrig is the Founder and President of Accountable.US. He has a proven track record of integrating investigative research, creative communications strategies, and targeted litigation to drive high-impact issue advocacy campaigns. Prior to his work at Accountable.US, Kyle served in a senior role at the New Venture Fund where he helped launch, manage, and advise several successful projects. A Nebraska native, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a law degree from the George Washington University Law School.
