American Oversight and Dominique Bravo went to court today to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release the secret warrant applications that they filed to conduct surveillance of former Trump campaign staffer Carter Page.  The warrant applications established probable cause that an individual associated with the Trump campaign was engaged in a crime or was a foreign agent.

FOIA request submitted jointly by American Oversight and Dominique Bravo seeking records relating to the FISA warrant issued for surveillance of Carter Page as discussed in the memo released by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in February 2018. The FOIA seeks records including the FISA application submitted by the FBI in October 2016, any approval of this application, and the three subsequent applications and approvals described in the memo.
