Records from the Wisconsin State Assembly in response to American Oversight’s records requests for records and communications regarding the legislature’s investigation of the November 2020 election, including contractual and policy documents from the offices of Speaker Robin Vos and Wisconsin Reps. Janel Brandtjen and Joe Sanfelippo. 

The judge issued a decision holding that Vos “not only untimely delayed responses to record requests, but that his responses have also failed to include countless records, either willfully or because of neglectful office-wide practices which might have caused the loss of records.”
