American Oversight motion asking the court to dismiss the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means from our Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking the release of Trump administration health care communications.

American Oversight sued the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to release communications between those agencies and Congress regarding the effort to repeal Obamacare. The Ways and Means Committee inappropriately intervened in the case as a defendant. American Oversight is asking the court to dismiss them from the case.
