Records from the Department of Justice in response to American Oversight’s request for prior versions of sentencing memorandum concerning a recent case against Roger Stone. American Oversight sought these records in light of reporting that at Stone’s sentencing hearing, the prosecutor who signed the memorandum refused to state whether he wrote it.
