FOIA to the Department of Justice (DOJ) seeking legal analyses of the decision to withhold a whistleblower complaint that reportedly concerns the president’s call with the President of Ukraine; or regarding the withholding of aid designated for Ukraine. This request was submitted in light of reports that President Trump sought to withhold aid to Ukraine before speaking with Ukraine’s president and potentially pressuring Ukraine to commence an investigation of one of the president’s political opponents.
