FOIA to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development seeking communications between HUD officials and Regional Administrator Lynne Patton regarding her interest in participating in a reality show. Patton reportedly proposed to HUD a number of arrangements for her participation in the planned reality show and asked a number of questions regarding whether activities in connection with the show would be allowed under government ethics rules.
