FOIA to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeking communications between senior agency officials and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts concerning federal prosecution of a Massachusetts state court judge for allegedly allowing a criminal defendant out the rear door of her courtroom to evade ICE detention.
