FOIA to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) seeking email communications with Congress that may relate to any untoward effort to pressure the Ukrainian government to investigate one of President Trump’s political opponents, Joe Biden, in an effort to give the president an electoral advantage by withholding or limiting aid to Ukraine.
