FOIA to State seeking records reflecting communications with the president’s personal attorneys, including Rudy Giuliani, and records reflecting communications about efforts to influence the Ukrainian government to investigate the president’s political opponents.

SEPTEMBER 20 EXPEDITION REQUEST

On Sept. 20, 2019, American Oversight asked that this FOIA request be processed on an expedited basis. The request was made in light of news on Sept. 19 that an intelligence community whistleblower complaint relates to President Donald Trump’s communications with the Ukrainian government.
