Department of Justice’s Criminal Division rejected a request for records from American Oversight. The Criminal Division stated that, although it had 27 pages of responsive records, the Division was referring those documents to another entity for review.

American Oversight is representing a number of Senators in litigation stemming from FOIA requests for more information about Brett Kavanaugh.
