The General Services Administration claimed that it had no records responsive to American Oversight’s FOIA request seeking communications between GSA officials, members of the Trump family and employees of the Trump Organization regarding the FBI Headquarters project. From GSA’s response, it is clear whether GSA adequately searched for records.
