The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight’s request for records to identify whether individuals nominated but not confirmed to high-level agency positions have contracts to perform the same or similar work for which they were unsuccessfully nominated.
