Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) stated that it had no records of communications with individuals and firms linked to the Saudi government. American Oversight asked for these records after Washington Post reporter Jamal Khashoggi was murdered by agents working on behalf of the Saudi government.
