Records from the Texas Attorney General’s office in response to American Oversight’s request for records identifying the number of prosecutors assigned to investigate election fraud. In the response, the Attorney General’s office stated: “[T]he Special Prosecutions Division only has permanent employees working on Election Fraud matters. Additionally, our office does not have any projects intended to target election fraud in a specific geographical location.”
