American Oversight v. ED – Undocumented Student Eligibility for Emergency Student Aid Rule

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Education seeking sent email communications regarding a 2020 rule excluding undocumented students from receiving funds under the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). This lawsuit also seeks any email communications with White House Senior Adviser Stephen Miller regarding the rule.
