The Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight’s request for records regarding the distribution of CARES Act funding for election administration. American Oversight seeks these records to shed light on how Kentucky is distributing and utilizing CARES Act funds in preparation for the November 2020 election.
