The Arizona Senate stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight's request for a list of potential election investigation contractors provided to Sen. Karen Fann.

The emails obtained by American Oversight, which outlined a plan to overturn Trump’s election loss in Arizona, also included members of Trump’s legal team.

The court warned that failure to appear at depositions scheduled for Jan. 27 could result in sanctions and potentially a civil arrest warrant.
