Murray, a political contributor of both President Trump and Secretary Perry and the head of Murray Energy Corporation.

FOIA seeking all photographs of Secretary Perry taken by a DOE photographer, whether a DOE “official” photographer, a contractor, or anyone else on staff in the Office of the Secretary or the Office of Public Affairs.

No records response from the Western Area Power Administration in response to our FOIA request to DOE for communications between DOE and specified industry and trade groups. We are still waiting to hear back from several DOE components.
