TVA produced a copy of the TVA Act, which has information on TVA board member stipends, and several press releases announcing the appointment of board members. TVA told American Oversight they could not locate resumes for appointees or any conflicts or ethics waivers or authorizations. The Press Releases span from 2017 to 2019.
