FOIA lawsuit to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to produce communications and other records relating to 22 cases in which DOJ reversed its previous position after the Trump administration took office. Specifically, the lawsuit asks DOJ to release communications between Deputy Associate Attorney General Jesse Panuccio and counsel for the other parties in those cases, communications with amici, and calendar entries for meetings related to those cases.
