Department of Justice Civil Rights Division stated that it had no record of comms with Jones Day or Eric Dreiband. American Oversight asked for records after the New York Times reported that DOJ "is preparing to redirect resources of the Justice DepartmentÕs civil rights division toward investigating and suing universities over affirmative action admissions policies deemed to discriminate against white applicants."
