FOIA to DOJ seeking all records containing any analysis of government or legal-ethics issues or evaluating any recusal obligations (including a conclusion that recusal was not necessary) related to Attorney General Sessions' participation in the investigation into President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen. The FOIA is also seeking any legal analysis that may have been conducted around this issue.
