American Oversight obtained records showing that judges hired by the Executive Office of Immigration Review under the Trump administration mostly came from enforcement backgrounds — a pattern that has also emerged in the Biden administration.

These records comprise of an eight-page memo which details a new process for advertising and filling vacancies.
