FOIA request to the Department of Justice seeking any communications sent to recipients outside the department containing copies or summaries of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report to the Attorney General made in compliance with 28 C.F.R. § 600.8(c). According to the Department of Justice, the report was delivered to Attorney General Barr on March, 22, 2019.
