New lawsuits seek documents from the Huber and Durham inquiries into two of President Trump's political targets.

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for records of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s inquiry into the Russia investigation. This investigation was ordered by DOJ following repeated demands from president Trump and his allies in Congress, and has raised serious concerns about the misuse of federal law enforcement for political purposes.

FOIA to the Department of Justice seeking records reflecting communications between DOJ and Congress and the White House regarding the investigation Attorney General Barr has asked U.S. Attorney John Durham to conduct into the origins of the investigations into president and his campaign.
