No Records Response from DOJ Regarding Directives to Designate Antifa as a Terrorist Organization

The Department of Justice stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight's request for directives, memos, or other official documents regarding designating “Antifa” or similar groups as terrorist organizations. In May 2020, former President Donald Trump tweeted that the U.S. planned to designate Antifa as a terrorist organization despite experts saying it would be unconstitutional to do so.
