Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) for guidances, directives, or decision memoranda relating to foreign interference in U.S. elections. This lawsuit also seeks the communications—including emails, text messages, and calendar entries—of high-level EAC officials concerning the issue of foreign interference, as well officials’ communications with specific external individuals and groups.

In response to our lawsuit, a judge ordered the Trump administration to begin releasing Ukraine-related documents by November 22.
