This is the watchdog’s tenth suit in its Parallel Investigations Initiative, targeting documents that are also likely to be the subject of congressional investigations.

Department of Education's Office of the Deputy Secretary and Office of Career, Technical & Adult Education said that they did not have any records relating to the Borrower Defense Rule. ED is still reviewing potential records for other offices.
