FOIA request to EPA seeking the communications of top EPA officials, including Andrew Wheeler, with high-pollution "glider" truck manufacturers and regarding glider truck regulation. Just before leaving the agency, former EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt issued a letter stating that EPA would not enforce regulatory limits on the glider truck industry.
