The Georgia Office of the Governor stated it had no record of communications between any Office of the Governor staff and any employee or representative of Hart AgStrong LLC or Perdue AgriBusiness LLC since January 2019. Governor Kemp was formerly a co-owner of Hart AgStrong, which was ultimately bought by Perdue AgriBusiness in August 2019.
