No Records Response from the Kentucky State Board of Elections Regarding Members’ Communications Concerning Vote by Mail and Covid-19

The Kentucky State Board of Elections stated that it had no records of communications sent by select board members or staff concerning vote-by-mail considerations related to the Covid-19 outbreak. The State Board of Elections also indicated that any responsive emails would be exempt from inspection under Kentucky law.
