The office of the Governor of New York stated it had no records responsive to American Oversight's request for communications sent by top officials to various federal agencies pertaining to coronavirus testing and emergency response in February and March of 2020.

It shouldn’t be surprising that the president, who downplayed the crisis until just a few weeks ago, is once again avoiding taking responsibility.
