Records request to the Texas Office of the Attorney General seeking any analysis of substantive due process rights other than abortion, including privacy, contraception, and marriage equality. This ORR was submitted following Texas’ adoption of abortion bans, the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, and the release of the Texas GOP’s platform calling for an end to same-sex marriage.
