Texas Department of State Health Services health records of reportable conditions associated with immigration detention facilities in Texas Public Health Regions 8 and 11. These documents show that within Region 8 immigration detention facilities, from 2017 to October 30, 2019, reported cases of mumps increased from 0 to 102 cases. In Region 11, from 2017 to October 30, 2019, cases of mumps increased from 0 to 221 cases. These records are from 2017 to October 30, 2019.
