American Oversight’s lawsuit against the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Housing Finance Agency for records reflecting communications with Tom Barrack, Richard LeFrak, and Steven Roth — New York real estate developers and known associates of the Trump family. American Oversight sought these records to determine if Barrack, LeFrak, and Roth have been using their ties to President Donald Trump to influence federal housing policy.
