Trump Transition GSA Emails and Memorandum of Understanding

American Oversight obtained emails between the Trump transition team and the General Services Administration - including a request by Michael Flynn for a encrypted cell phone just days before Flynn and Jared Kushner spoke with Russian officials about arranging secure communications. American Oversight's lawsuit also obtained the memorandum of understanding signed between the GSA and the transition.
