Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Education for Steven Menashi’s communications with right-wing groups and with Stephen Miller and other White House officials, and for correspondence specific to the issue of immigration and undocumented students. American Oversight is also seeking records relating to Menashi’s ethics pledge and potential conflicts of interest.
