DOJ Declaration of John Gore Regarding Personal Email Use

Declaration from the Department of Justice (DOJ) written and signed by former DOJ Civil Rights Division Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General John Gore affirming that he had not used his personal email account for any official agency business when communicating with Tom Wheeler. 

Dated May 28, 2019, the declaration was submitted by Gore in response to a lawsuit from the Brennan Center for Justice and Protect Democracy. You can read more about this declaration, and why Gore later had to issue corrections to it, here
