Records from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in response to American Oversight’s request for communications between senior agency officials and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts concerning federal prosecution of a Massachusetts state court judge for allegedly allowing a defendant out the rear door of her courtroom to evade ICE detention.
