Joint motion filed by American Oversight and the United States Postal Service in our lawsuit seeking the release of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s calendars. USPS had previously claimed that DeJoy’s calendar was a personal record and exempt from release under the Freedom of Information Act. In this filing, USPS agrees to process and release non-exempt portions of DeJoy’s calendar in response to our FOIA request.
