Opinion and order from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia partially granting American Oversight’s motion seeking a preliminary injunction to compel the rapid release of State Department records related to President Trump’s effort to pressure Ukraine.

The court orders the State Department to work with American Oversight to narrow the scope of our FOIA requests and to process and release all non-exempt documents from the narrowed requests on or before November 22, 2019.
