Motion for preliminary injunction filed by American Oversight regarding a lawsuit against the Department of State for Rudy Giuliani’s communications with senior department officials as well as any other communications about any attempt to pressure Ukraine to investigate 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden or his son.

The motion cites the rapidly developing congressional impeachment inquiry and the “urgent need to inform the public,” and asks a judge to order the State Department to immediately begin processing and releasing records requested by American Oversight in two Freedom of Information Act requests.
