GSA stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight's FOIA request for any communications or meetings between Timothy Horne, Anthony Costa, Jack St. John and President Trump or the Trump Old Post Office LLC.

Hours before President Trump was scheduled to host a political fundraiser at the Trump International Hotel in the Old Post Office Building in Washington, DC, American Oversight sued to force the release of communications between the Trump Organization and the government agency that manages the taxpayer-owned building.
