On Thursday afternoon, the National Archives released the 1999 Special Master's report on the investigation into leaks by the Office of Independent Counsel Ken Starr.

Granting a motion from American Oversight, a federal judge has ordered that a long-secret 1999 Special Master's report into leaks from the Starr Commission must be unsealed and released by the National Archives no later than 3:00pm this Friday, August 24, 2018.
