Records released in response to American Oversight's FOIA request to the Secret Service for emails containing key terms related to ascertainment and the certification of the 2020 presidential election.

The U.S. Secret Service stated that it had no records responsive to American Oversight's request for documents related to providing security to Rudy Giuliani and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at the march and rally on Jan. 6, 2021. This agency response includes a presentation.
