Complaint: American Oversight v. EAC – Foreign Interference in U.S. Elections

Complaint: Western Values Project v. DOI – David Bernhardt’s Communications and Travel Records

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight on behalf of Western Values Project against the Department of the Interior (DOI) for Interior Secretary David Bernhardt’s communications, including phone call logs, text messages, a list of Google documents shared with Bernhardt, and emails from both his professional and personal email addresses. This lawsuit also seeks travel records processed by ConcurGov from January to June 2019.
