No Records Response from DHS Regarding Naval Observatory Visitor Logs

The Department of Homeland Security stated that the U.S. Secret Service had no responsive records to American Oversight's request for Naval Observatory visitor logs. DHS said that such logs are not subject to FOIA and are instead governed by the Presidential Records Act.
