Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Homeland Security seeking the release of records related to the Trump administration’s “Remain in Mexico’' policy (Migrant Protection Protocols, or MPP), including records concerning its implementation. The lawsuit also seeks documents regarding changes to asylum processing and related communications of senior agency officials.
