Arizona Senate Records Regarding Maricopa County Election ‘Audit’

Update: Sept. 15, 2021

American Oversight has posted additional records received from the Arizona Senate, including an updated log of privileged records.

Records from the Arizona Senate in response to American Oversight’s lawsuit for materials related the “audit” of Maricopa County’s 2020 election results.

The Arizona Senate released these records on Aug. 31, the production deadline ordered by the Maricopa County Superior Court. The records contain information about “audit” payments, as well as emails and text messages that officials and state legislators exchanged with outside parties, including prominent state and national Republicans, conspiracy theorists, and Trump lawyers. A log listing withheld records is below. Details on the content of the records can be found here and in annotations on the documents.
